First floor: Entrance via stairs (9 steps, no railing in part, rear is ground floor), living and dining area with fireplace, spacious kitchen with access to the garden with a very nice pergola (an unbeatable garden for an apartment!), 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and 1 single bedroom.
2nd floor (19 steps): 2-pers. bedroom, bathroom with shower and small terrace.

There are double doors on both sides of the apartment. On one side is the entrance and on the other hand access to the private terrace with a gazebo with large round wooden table and a barbecue. At the back there are 18 steps, The front is situated on the ground floor.
