This farm, located in the foothills of the Cimino range, in the midst of olive groves, hazel forestand fruit tree orchards, overlooks the countryside which surrounds the old medieval town of Capranica. The residential complex consists of and old villa, two recently built small villas, and three restructured outhouses divided into apartments, all the complex is immersed in nature, with a private outside space for each apartment and with fireplace.
The 17 by 8 meter swimming pool, which offer a panoramic view of Capranica, is available for all residents in the farm.
The hill on which the farm stands is located in the heart of an area which is particularly rich in historic remains of the Etruscan and Roman civilizations. Interesting excursions can be made to the necropolises of Barbarano, Cerveteri, Tarquinia, S. Giovenale, S. Giuliano and to discover medieval cities such as Tuscania, etc. For trekkers and lovers of water sports, in the surroundings there are splendid Natural Parks and the lakes of Vico, Bracciano and Bolsena.
Thanks to a quick and comfortable train connection from Capranica-Sutri railway station, it is possible to reach the centre of Rome roughly in an hour, or, in less than 25 minutes , the town of Viterbo: a center full of medieval buildings also well known as the Town of the Popes.
