The self-contained, centrally heated Cottage is located on a privately owned property of approximately 3000 square meters, which is surrounded by security fencing. There is an independent vehicle entrance, private parking, a covered veranda, garden with pine trees and a small orchard. The cottage is well furnished and comfortable, and fully equipped as a holiday home. The newly-decorated and furnished Cottage has 2 bedrooms (one double and one single) sleeping a maximum of 3 persons, a small sitting area, bathroom with shower and bidet, the kitchen area is equipped with sink, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker etc.
The property is located in beautiful countryside in a hamlet of villas at the foot of a hill just outside Capena), a small farming town near ROME. Capena is now a thriving centre of a fertile agricultural area, forming part of the gently rolling countryside north of Rome. Capenas resources are mainly olive groves, grapevines and hilly pastures where you can see large herds, which provide the town with healthy fresh produce daily.
The climate is mild in winter and fresh in summer so you can go for pleasant shopping all year round, including short work trips and is ideal for families with small children. From Capena you can reach the centre of Rome (Via Veneto) in 30 minutes taking the Via Salaria or using the motorway. Taking the Via Tiberina you can reach the central Corso Francia road, the Olympic Stadium, Vatican City and the Flaminio, Prati and Parioli residential areas. If you want to go north, ORVIETO (with its famous cathedral) can be reached in one hour and the city of FLORENCE in two hours.
